Product information
For mouthwatering meals any day of the week, make sure you have a bottle of Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce in the cupboard. Made with only natural ingredients, this special blend of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, wine and subtle spices adds a rich umami, sweet and savoury flavour to all kinds of dishes.
Simply pour half a bottle of Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce over your chosen meat, poultry, fish or vegetables and leave for just half an hour to marinate before cooking - ideal for last minute barbecues. The flavour soaks right into the food, unlike some thick marinades which only coat the outside and burn! And Kikkoman have done all the hard work crafting the sauce perfectly so no other seasonings are needed.
As well as being great for barbecues, Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce works just as well on food cooked under the grill, baked in the oven, or even in stir fries and roasts!

300g brown rice
1 red onion, finely chopped

Does the job
Use this to marinate pork strips.. does the job & tastes good
Great marinade
I tried it yesterday and used it as marinade for trout - excellent flavour!
Constantly repurchasing
Delicious. Amazing with salmon and honey
great marinade
We love this and use to marinade or as a sauce. It is great to use as a addition in marinades or to use with just a bit of olive oil for steaks on the bbq. Its a cupboard staple, that I dont like to be without. Yes it isnt as sweet as some teriyaki marinades, but I find some of them too sweet and overpowering.
Amazing
We love this product and use it to marinage salmon along with some oyster sauce and sweet chilli sauce before frying it with ginger..
Pretty Nice Mix
I usually mix soy sauce, Hon Mirin (sweet rice wine like Mikawa Mirin, Takara Hon Morin or Hinode Hon Mirin, that some of those are sweet enough to reduce additional sugar) and Sake with grated ginger & garlic and maple syrup (or honey or cane sugar as additional sweetener) to make my own Teriyaki marinade. However, Ocado has stopped stocking Mikawa Mirin and Sawanotsuru Deluxe Sake and during the lockdown it was difficult to shop Hon Mirin and Sake at any Japanese grocery store in London, so tried this and pleasantly surprised, as it is a quite nice pre-made mixture. The purpose of using Hon Mirin (not Mirin-Fu Chômiryô or sugar syrup Mirin. Hon means “real” in Japanese, so the only naturally brewed real sweet rice wine Mirin is Hon Mirin) and Sake tighten up flavour, texture and add natural gloss, so it’s not perfect yet but pretty close, that’s enough to enjoy and save time, especially when Hon Mirin and Sake were not in hands.
