Buckwheat noodles with a difference!

Great taste and texture when cooked properly - a low boil for 3-4 minutes frequently separating the noodles always does the trick, then rinse in cold water. The price is also very fair compared to other similar products!

Good flavour and texture for GF noodles

Love the flavour/nuttiness of these noodles! If you cook properly they have a good texture for gf noodles - only cook for 3ish mins, stir while cooking to separate the noodles and then soak in cold water after to remove the starch.

quick and healthy

a fast health-food. All of the King Soba products are excellent. I've eaten them for many years. Add a little miso and you have the base for a delicious meal in just a few minutes.

May not be to everyone's taste though to me they taste great - I have them for breakfast!!
