Wrapped in plastic!
I like the softness of these tissues but they are a bit on the small side. My main gripe is that the twin pack is still wrapped in plastic. This really needs to be replaced with an eco solution.
Poor quality
This has been a regular buy - useful size, ok quality, BUT quality has declined - they fall apart at the slightest touch so we are on the lookout for something a little more resilient.
Fantastic large, soft tissues
Nice big tissues and very soft to use. They don't irritate the skin like some rougher tissues can do. Fantastic that they come in twin packs as you can put them in two different rooms in your house, or use one now and save one for later. Nice slim boxes too which are handy to put on coffee table shelves.
smaller tissues and fewer in box
These tissues have reduced in size, quality and the number in the box. Will be looking for a better brand. Have bought these all my adult life but they now seem very inadequate

Love the softness of these tissues. Its worth paying a little extra for the best.
Plastic wrapping
The tissues are fine but its time Kleenex changed to paper for wrapping the twin-boxes, and not plastic
