Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze as soon as possible after purchase, but always by the "best before" date shown. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 2 hours. Use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

These are so good, versatile and have a good long shelf life. Use these to make rolls when going any where . l even prefer to picard rolls
Tasty and convenient
We always try to keep one of these in the cupboard - tastes like a freshly baked baguette and makes for a great sandwich. Would definitely recommend!
Disappointed
Since high street Bakers closed years ago I've looked for a tasty bloomer.or any nice bread. I bought these after the race reviews. OK when freshly cooked , nothing special. Left overs ,when cold tasted salty and was rock hard. Made croutons
