Excellent but very expensive
Works very well, such a shame this is so expensive.
best for winter skin
this is not just magic for nipples. it's the ONLY overnight lip balm that actually heals deep-set winter lips. I push this on all my non-parent friends, as it is a million times more effective than any petroleum based treatment. They look askance at first but within days are also on board with the magic.
good for everything!
I have used this to breastfeed two babies and it saved my nipples. I am now leaving a review because Ive started using it for a painful crack in the dry skin on the ball of my foot and it is being just as magic at this job! Amazing cream
Multipurpose magic balm
Dont wait until youre really sore, when you have a newborn treat it as an insurance policy to prevent getting cracked or sore nipples. Its also great as nappy rash cream - I used with our reusable nappies. And its good for sore skin elsewhere too, like others have said lip balm, sore hands, dry elbows. Its brilliant and lasts for ages. Similar consistency to Eight Hour cream.
Doesn't worth the money
I had a great hope in the cream as first mum. My nipples got really cracked and sore on the second day my baby was born. This cream didn't helped at all. I even stopped breastfeeding for a few days to give it time to heal but still didn't do anything. I think much better products are available on the market.
this should be given to every woman from birth!
You cannot breastfeed long term without this stuff I dont think! I went for 8 months and without Lansinoh I would have quit at 5 weeks. You can have a good latch and still get sore and bleed - small babies = small mouths = stretch you out + cluster feeding and ... ouch! Seriously the best, you dont need a ton but you do need to apply it often and if you do have a sore, apply more than usual. Also helps keep you sticking to a breast pad. I buy this for any expectant mother. Also makes an okay lip balm in a pinch.
