Family favourite
Tasty nutty flavour.
Undrinkable
I had to throw this away it was so disgusting (and I'm not one for throwing food or money down the drain!) Surprising because Lavazza is usually so good and we use their ground coffee for the moka all the time. For instant, we've tried the Illy version which is much better (both normal and decaf).
bitter
find this to be quite bitter and sharp, with a strange smell. not for me.
Nice for an instant coffee
A nice strong flavour for an instant coffee. I normally stick up whilst its on offer
I should have listened to reviews..
'Burnt and bitter' and 'bitter after taste' is what I read in the reviews before buying.. Now I wish I had listened, because I had the same experience! Usually, when opening a tin of good quality instant coffee there is an lovely coffee aroma.. but this stuff smells strange.. nothing like that lovely coffee aroma we all appreciate. I am something of a miser when it comes to using up food stuffs no matter how poor, but where this is concerned I might just have to count my losses and throw it in the bin..
an instant coffee that gives you an actual kick
Im slightly perplexed by the other reviews, this isnt a particular strong tasting coffee but is the nearest thing Ive had to ground coffee in an lower cost instant (its not worth a full price sadly, I usually buy in bulk when its sometimes cut down in price)
