Preparation and Usage
Marinate your meat with Teriyaki Sauce and use it as brush-on too, to make your chicken, beef and seafood skewers. This rich tasting blend of quality soy sauce and good selection of spices delivers the best teriyaki you have ever had!

Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
(Serves 2)
Marinate 300g cubed chicken breast with 2 tbsp of Teriyaki sauce. Thread chicken pieces evenly onto 4 wooden skewers with green pepper and onion pieces alternately. Place under a medium hot grill for 15 mins or until cooked. Brushed on 1 tbsp of sauce before serving.

Great for Salmon
Love this as a marinade for salmon. It comes out perfect everytime. I always have a spare jar in as its so good, and I haven't ordered teriyaki salmon for a long time, so its saves a fortune!

Lovely authentic flavour
Considering how little work this sauce involves - I marinate the meat in it before stir frying - it produces a lovely result which arguably is as nice as most takeaways. Its also gluten free which is a big bonus.
