Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe. Maceration at low temperature, pressing and filtration. Fermentation at very low temperature (15-18°C). The wine is aged in stainless steel vats in an inert atmosphere at low temperature.

This has to be one of my favourite Roses. Nice and light but with an actual taste rather than just of nothing.

Light and non acidic
Has a good crisp finish without the acidic taste and isn't overly sweet. Currently our favourite Rosé. Best not over chilled to bring the flavour out. Reasonable price too and tastes like a more expensive wine

Lovely
I find this a lovely,light Rose,I keep it in the fridge, so nicely chilled. Excellent for the price.

Excellent for the price
We love a good Rose Wine, and this is really very good and you really can't complain for the price. It has a good fruity balance and a hint of strawberries
