my cats wont touch it
I know cats can be choosy but they literally wouldnt touch it. Expensive mistake
A real treat meal!
Must be because of the strong meaty smell but when I put this down for my cat he absolutely loves it! I also like that it doesnt have loads of nasty ingredients.
note to self
He didn't touch it, don't buy it!
The Best Lily's Kitchen Variety
This is by far the best Lily's Kitchen variety because the meat ingredient is chicken. Simple as. All the others contain pork and beef amongst other meat sources. The fewer protein sources there are in food, the easier it is for your cat will digest, and cats digest chicken far easier than they do pork and beef. My little princess prefers gravy to meaty "pieces" but she doesn't tend to drink water, so I mash up a third of a tin of Lily's Kitchen (or similar high meat content mousse/pate) and mix with water. She laps it up, gets lots of meaty goodness plus the fluid she needs, and it works out much cheaper than the "cat soup" options.
Jimmy gobbled this up!!
My cat Jimmy gobbled this up and left little in his bowl. He even tried to eat it before I put it in his place for his bowl!
rather dry looking
Thought these 'new' flavours would be good for our rescue cat who appears to eat anything. However, although she eventually finished it she took a long time. Leaving it to go out for a walk when usually she wolfs the lot down in minutes. It looked very dry, maybe the gamey flavour was too rich for her. Will stick to traditional Lily's kitchen flavours.
