Quality
My surprisingly fussy 9 month old Labrador loves this. You can see the quality compared to cheaper brands. However, so expensive has to be a treat whenever on offer.
you get what you pay for !
My Lab x GSD has had a terrible stomach since we got him. Have tried various dry and wet foods but most of the premium brands dont do a plain chicken recipe. A few days of chicken and rice then gently adding this and hes very happy!!! Eats it within the blink of an eye. His coat is also amazing, glistening in the summer sun - everyone comments on it :-) At 2 tins a day it works out more expensive than most other brands but as the title states, you do indeed get what you pay for !!!
All Lily's Kitchen products are great!
The whole range is great. You can't really go wrong with any of them.
Great Food
My year old chihuahua cross shih tzu has been on Lily's puppy in the small trays since we got him. He has been reluctant to eat much for the last few weeks and I was hoping to move to him onto the different flavours at one year. However, it seems they aren't suitable until he is 2 years. I then saw the tinned food for puppies. This is different as it is just chicken and not a mixture of meats. But wonderful as we are now back to excited dog and clean dishes! Thank you Ocado as not everyone stocks this.
Nirvana for puppies
My puppy was eating a premium brand of dried food when I brought her home. I was told it was a good diet by the vet so I kept her on it even though she was reluctant to eat it. Friends said she'll eat when she's hungry enough. I'm not sure I'd like that approach to my diet. I came across Lily's Kitchen and did some research to find that it was highly recommended by many. My puppy now dances when I get her food ready - it's gone in seconds and she is very happy. And so am I.
