Preparation and Usage
Place in a heatproof bowl over a shallow saucepan of water. Stir until melted.
Chocolate Fondant
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:
200g Lindt 70% Dark Cooking Chocolate, 70g butter, 35g sugar, 2 eggs, pinch of salt, 20g plain flour
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C Fan).
2. Grease moulds or ramekins to avoid sticking.
3. Gently melt together the butter and chocolate.
4. In a mixing bowl whisk the eggs, sugar and salt until light and pale.
5. Mix a little of the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture to bring up the temperature and then fold in the rest.
6. Sift in the flour and gently fold until combined.
7. Divide mixture into the moulds and place into the oven.
8. Cook for 7-8 minutes. The cake should be firm on top but remain soft in the centre.
9. Rest for 3 minutes before turning out on a plate. Serve immediately.

Strong flavour
Much too strong and bitter for my chocolate mousse

Bought this on the strength of the five star reviews, it's okay value because it's 200g but it's not five star, it's okay i guess for cooking or eating but certainly nothing special and nowhere near as good as Green & Blacks, it's not even in the same league.
delicious
I love this chocolate. I just eat a couple of squares after dinner if I want a sweet treat and it is creamy and delicious. I know it is cooking chocolate but it is delicious on it's own.
Favourite cooking chocolate ever
By far the best I’ve ever used, makes fantastically smooth truffles and mousse or lovely just melted for dipping
Very dense chocolate flavour
This has been a repeat purchase for the last couple of years. I use it in baking and simply to eat. It has a good chocolate flavour without any bitterness. Totally recommend this. Like that you get 200 g, other makes have reduced the size of their bars and not the cost over the last few years. Wish they did any organic version.

just melted with double cream and it's a delicious topping for a cake
