In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add these noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.

Excessive packaging
I bought a meal deal and ended up with THREE large pieces of plastic to recycle. Noodles would do just fine in a bag. There is no need for this excessive plastic use. Shame on M&S.

Nice noodles too much packaging
I've been buying the stir fry meal deals as a useful mid week meal. All delicious. Sauces probably a bit of a processed food hit but tasty. The noodles come packaged in a very solid plastic box with film topping. Do M&S not remember their own "no plan B" advertising. The packaging in their ranges is just ridiculous. It has to stop and I'm voting with my feet.
