For best results MICROWAVE


MICROWAVE
750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins, 30 secs
· Pierce film once where shown on front of pack.
· Place on a microwaveable plate.
· Cook on high (100%).
· After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.


BOIL 12-14 mins
· Bring pan of water to boil.
· Empty pack contents into pan.
· Cover and simmer for 12-14 mins.
· Drain and serve.


GRILL 23 mins
· Preheat to a medium heat.
· Remove all packaging.
· Cook under grill on rack for 23 mins.
· Turn occasionally.


Do not reheat.
