Preparation and Usage

Preparation: Place the whole grain rice vermicelli in a large bowl. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 4 minutes (or 3 if stir-fry). Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain. Add to stir-fries, soups and salads or serve as side dish.

A staple in my cupboard now

These are so easy - just throw them in a small bowl of hot water for a moment - and they are tasty, have a nice texture, and suck up whatever flavours you put them with. Absolutely perfect!

Lovely and don\x27t stick together

I have been trying to switch to wholemeal noodles but quite a few of them stick together or go soggy, these are lovely and don't stick together at all, as well as being really easy to prepare.

A new regular

These are just perfect for any fake aways! And so easy to make, just 3 minutes in boiling water. I use it in soups or Asian dishes. And they are whole grain but still taste amazing. Highly recommend

A staple

This is fantastic. Very quick to cook - you only need to soak it in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then drain and add to your stir fry. High fibre and really great when my IBS symptoms flare up. Highly recommend!
