Preparation and Usage
Cooking Directions
1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt and oil, if desired.
2. Empty entire package into boiling water.
3. Cook uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.*
4. Drain and serve.
*Noodles used in soups or casseroles should not be boiled more than 7 minutes.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs or 6 egg whites, well beaten
1/2 cup margarine
To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain.
2. Add sugar, raisins, nuts, salt and eggs/egg whites
3. Melt margarine in an 8" x 12" baking pan.
5. Grease pan and pour balance of margarine into the noodle mixture. Blend well.
6. Spread noodle mixture into baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Bake in oven for about 40 minutes or until brown.
Makes 6 to 7 servings
