Very rich of taste. Seems like good quality. Recommended
Excellent
Please don't get rid of this product as you have removed the other two Mara seaweeds. I pop it in stews, soups and salad.
Lovely sea flavour
Delicious and worth the money, a little goes a long way. Particularly nice on Gardein fishless fillets (sadly not stocked by Ocado). Great for vegetarians. Healthy. I don't think the flavour would go with everything, but it's not overpowering and if you enjoy sushi/fish, you'll find plenty of uses.
May contain traces of crustaceans and molluscs.
It is guaranteed to contain tiny shells and other tooth cracking small rocks. Not pleasant.
Seaweed Seasoning
I use this as a seasoning when making bibimbap or sushi and it is perfect. It is very pricey but you only need a pinch at a time. I wish they can make it a bit more affordable for every day use!
Delicious and healthy
I love these seaweeds from Mara: I use the blue one for salads, fish, eggs and chicken, the olive green one for dishes with lots of pulses like chickpeas or lentils or a tomato-based sauce, and the purple one to flavour dishes with red meat. A great alternative to salt and boosts my iodine intake (which is low as I cant eat dairy).
