Great for cocktails

Lovely botanical vermouth which adds a slight smooth herbal sweetness to cocktails. Good value compared to similar products. I would highly recommend this if you find dry vermouth a little too dry.

sweeter than Noilly Prat but much more complex

Stunning complex concentrated white vermouth, it is sweeter than I would expect but it is also slightly bitter to cut that, layers and layers of herbs and fruit and honey and nuts, really awesome

Quite sweet

I got this to review and find it a bit sweet for my taste, although nice herbal tones. First tried with tonic and didn't really enjoy so thought I'd try in a Negroni, replacing the Martini Rossi with this. Less sweet and takes the edge off the bitterness of the campari . But that's kind of the point with a Negroni. I noticed a review that had tried in a martini, so will try with a gin martini. I think that would work quite well - hic! Don't think I would purchase unless I can find a cocktail this would work well with. But if you like sweetness in your drinks then you will enjoy it.

So good!

I was sent this to review and wasnt exactly sure what Id make of it, but its delicious! Followed the instructions on the bottle to make up a lovely drink, and then did that three more times....
