Preparation and Usage
For a crispy golden finish these chips are cooked in beef dripping & vegetable oil so please use a deep edged tray with no holes.
Take care: the fat will be hot!

Instructions
Oven cook - From Frozen. Cooking Instructions are for 500g. If cooking a different amount, adjust the cooking time accordingly. To get the best results cook from frozen.
1. Preheat oven 230°C/220°C Fan/Gas Mark 8.
2. Preheat a DEEP tray with NO HOLES for 5 minutes.
3. Spread chips in a single layer & place in top of oven.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally for a crispy golden finish.
Warning the fat will be hot

best chips..not
Someone told me that these were the best chips so I tried them, cooked them in the air fryer but when I tipped them out unfortunately I tipped out a large amount of oil all with them, all over the plate, it put me off and to be honest they were not that tasty .

amazing but cant be very healthy
These cook up really well and make for a good crispy coated chip. Must be awful for you but taste great

crunchy and indulgent
Love these chips, yes, they are high in fat but you dont buy stuff like this if youre worried at that sort of thing! Theyre coated in a thin layer of dripping, which helps to cook the chips to maximum crispness. If air frying dont use the crisper plate, theyre much better if allowed to cook in their own fat. I dont adhere to cooking times as I prefer mine well done, so just your eyes and judge when theyre done to your taste.
