Baking
I bought this for baking yoghurt coated flapjacks and found it to be very tasty. While I do agree with the other reviews that it struggles to melt, this is a general problem with white chocolate and perhaps a little unfair to this specific brand. I tried a double-boiler approach initially but it just clumped together, so I reverted to melting it in a microwave in 20 second bursts and stirring, and this worked like a treat!
Best non-chocolatier white chocolate Ive found
Not too sweet so isnt sickly. Super high quality, way better than any others on here and one of my new favourites. I havent used it for cooking yet but eating it by itself is a pleasure.

Greyish in colour, doesn’t melt, very synthetic tasting… wouldnt buy again.
Delicious white chocolate for baking
This white chocolate is fantastic for baking, I have used other brands in my white chocolate and raspberry cupcakes but I always get the best compliments when I use Menier. I wouldn't use it for icing as it doesn't melt very well but it has a gorgeous vanilla flavour that stands up well to other strong flavours when baking
