Taste mediocre
and be aware that oats contain too much fat for anyone in bodybuilding
Great value and good oats
I use these for overnight oats, porridge and baking. No complaints at all.
Definitely changed for the worse
Similar to other reviewers - these used to be great, but now they have had loads of husks, I usually get 5-6 a bowl. You're better off trying a different brand.
Makes the best porridge and over night oats
These jumbo oats are great and we get through so many the large size is perfect for us. Would recommend, but not for quick speedy microwave porridge (although good enough they're better on the hob). Moonflake have another option for that!
This brand has changed
I've got a family of 5 and prep porridge the night before for all of us using these jumbo oats. Overnight oats are so creamy. But, after 6 or 7 years of buying these huge great value jumbo oats I am going to change brands. These oats used to be great, over the last year they oats have got darker & less pleasant looking and the bags are more and more full of husks. A year ago my bowl of porridge generally didn't have any husks. These days it's shockingly full of them. The change in quality has been so dramatic over the last year. I shan't be buying these oats any more.
Great breakfast staple
We use these for breakfast every week and they are normally great, the current bag I have seems to have far more dry husks than normal but I will see what the next one is like as they are normally far better.
