Recycling \- info for previous reviewer
You do not need to remove labels from glass jars or bottles before you put them into recycling. Labels are removed during the recycling process. Just a quick wash out. In many councils you can put the top back on for recycling too. Read your local council recycling updates regularly as what and how you can recycle is changing quickly.
Lovely Passata!
We have been buying Mr Organic Basil passata for over a decade now and still love it! You cannot get something like this where we live. All Passatas sold are always plain so it's great to have some variety in flavour. It tastes great and would definitely recommend it.
Not much depth
A rather basic sauce from my point of view
A regular now, lovely taste
I used to buy cheap tinned tomatoes but the kids are so picky about the red lumps I bought this to save blending. The kids are now happy and so am I because this is lovely and you can smell the basil. It is a lot more expensive than a basic tomato but I keep at least 2 jars in and love it.
Good value on offer
Always best to buy organic with tomatoes
Great taste, pity about the label
I enjoy this passata. However, why go organic, in glass, and use labels with glue that cannot be removed? After two shots with the dishwasher following prolonged soaking, the bottle has to go in the bin. Do 'organic' properly, please. Don't waste resources.
