Product information

This Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by mixing and aging only cooked must and wine vinegar, according to the production rules of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.   It is a balsamic vinegar with a 3-year-ageing quality, with a sweet and sour flavour and a high acidity.  It is ideal for salads, vegetables, vinaigrette, meat or fish marinades, boiled meat or fish and boiled potatoes.

Terrible

I've bought Balsamic vinegars of every price point and this is the worst. tastes nothing like Balsamic, more like Saraon's malt vinegar. Truly dreadful.

Tastes OK but doesnt stand up to the price. Have tried better options with greater depth and texture. Will not purchase again.

really thin and disappointing

I have purchased a different balsamic from Mussini before and so disappointed with this one. The consistency of this is so thin, like a red wine vinegar rather than rich and bold, I wouldnt purchase again

Not good at all.

Fancy bottle, but nothing like a balsamic vinegar. Very thin and acidic, more like a red wine vinegar. I will not be buying this again.

Nice bottle shame about the contents

As I say the bottle is nice but the vinegar is terrible. Very thin and lacking the. flavour youd expect from a decent balsamic vinegar, its more like something youd sprinkle on fish and chips. I far prefer Flippo Berio Gran Cru.
