I was sent this to review. It is decent enough but is basically thickened balsamic vinegar. The ingredients are balsamic, concentrated grape juice, sugar and xanthan gum. It is convenient, easy to use and a good taste, but I would rather use standard balsamic and add other ingredients myself if I wanted to.
I was sent this to review. I don't think it will coax me away from my usual balsamic, but there is little to fault with it, it's just personal preference. It is rich, and gently sweet, was wonderful on salad. I'm keen to test it out on some cooked dishes too. Definitely worth a try if your budget stretches to it.

Too sticky, does not coat salads well, overly sweet. Acceptable, but I wouldn't buy again.
