Great on roast chicken

As a family treat, I roast a whole chicken with salt and black pepper. Once the chicken comes out of the oven I usually baste it with this sauce, for me, about 1 tablespoon is perfect to flour the whole chicken. That way the full flavour comes out rather than putting it on the chicken when it goes into the oven. A great price too!
