Why the comparisons to restaurant sauce?

Generally food in restaurants tastes good because of all the fat and salt. And that doesnt work on food labelling where you have to be more accountable. I love this sauce. In its own right. It is thoroughly addictive. I have a ritual of roasting or grilling chicken and filling (and then often refilling) an espresso cup with sauce to dip into. I eat the chicken greedily with my fingers and it is divine. (Best done in privacy). Something about the hot chicken in the cool (but hot) sauce. Perfect.

It's a good substitute for the real saucr

I am not sure why people expect this sauce to be an exact replica of the sauce in restaurants. Is it the same, no it isn't. Does it still do the job of being a sauce, yes it does. I agree that it is nowhere near as lemony as the restaurant version, but that doesn't bother me much as I find the restaurant version a little too lemony. Despite this one being labelled as mild, it does have quite the kick, so like others have said, reduce the heat a bit more and increase the lemon a bit more and it should be ideal.

Disappointed

This doesn't taste the same as the Lemon and Herb sauce in the restaurant. Very disappointed.

NOT same taste as restaurant

I have to agree with other reviewers, it doesnt taste anything like restaurants. Not lemon taste, it taste like Tabasco but much worst. Straight to the bin!
