Preparation and Usage
(Tuscan red bean salad)
Take 2 handfuls of each, fresh spinach, rocket and baby gem lettuce. Place the leaves into a bowl and scatter over 50g sliced green olives, 1 sliced red onion, 1 jar of pre-roasted red peppers chopped, 20g toasted pine nuts and 400g red kidney beans. Make a simple dressing by whisking together 3tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 2tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 clove of crushed garlic, pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Finely crumble over 200g of Gorgonzola cheese and 20g of grated parmesan and serve.

Love these…
Love these.. I find they have the best consistency. Not mushy like some brands. You pay for what you get and cheaper on ocado than most places at mo. I usually make salads with them, I leave them in fridge and I boil before I use them, would never have straight from can so no sure if that’s why I have not had any issues with them like others.

I usually buy these and they are great unfortunately this tin had hard not cooked ones as well as soft ones so concerned thats why we have stomach ache now. Put me off
