Natoora Freshly Sliced Spanish Cured Pork Loin (Lomo) 60g
- Considered the finest cured pork product, Lomo is made using the tenderloin of pork.
- A combination of smoked paprika, salt and garlic balances the intense flavour of the pork.
- Smoked over an oakwood fire for ten days, it is then air dried for a minimum of five months.
- Unlike chorizo or salami, Lomo is marinated and cured as one long piece rather than being chopped or sliced. This gives it its unique marbling and lean tenderness. Light in colour on the outside, the inside is a deep red.
- Made by the third generation of Ezequiel family in their mountain-top factory. The low temperatures and high humidity of the mountain climate produce the ideal conditions for curing meat. Freshly sliced at Natoora in London.
Take it further
- Serve with sweet, dried fruits and cheese as a starter.
- Pair with olives and marinated peppers.

delicious
I had Lomo in Spain and never forgot how amazing it was. This is not as good as that because its slightly drier and less delicate in flavour bur its still pretty close and amazing ham will be ordering again
lovely Smokey taste
This has a lovely Smokey taste. Nice and thin without too much fat
Not for us
Tried it on flash and both agreed it's not for us. Thin, silky texture and quite fatty. It was different than pictured looked - nothing lime sliced pork. But for those who like this form it is nicely presented and what they want.
Christmas treat
Too expensive for regular purchase but delicious treat: easy starter as part of an antipasti spread
high quality
High quality cured meat, enjoyed every bite. Got it on flesh sale to try.
Varies considerable from one order to another
Ive had the mildly seasoned, lean version several times, which is what I expect lomo to be but this weeks batch tasted highly smoked and had a thick strip of fat on each slice.
