Product information
Natoora Pecorino Sardo
- The Cossu family have created traditional artisanal cheeses for four generations.
- Pecorino Sardo is one of the oldest cheeses of Sardian, made with milk sourced from a single flock of local sheep.
- Following tradition it is smoked in huts, its crust treated with olive oil and then aged for at least three months in caves.
- Rich in flavour with slight spiciness, a hint of smokiness and a fruity quality. It has a compact and crumbly texture.
Take it further
- Finely grate and fold through pasta dishes, using the pasta water to create a coating sauce.
- Shave into salads.
Natoora's radical approach to seasonal sourcing is shaping the future of food
- We are revolutionising the food system.
- We work direct with growers who value flavour, biodiversity and heritage over yield.
- We give them the support they need to build a better future for food, rooted in small scale, sustainable agriculture that gives back to our planet.

Delicious
yummy cheese.I liked this a lot
So yummy. Worth the price
This quality you only get in Italy 🇮🇹 itself. Best over homemade pasta with a bit of good quality olive oil and this cheese. Yumm.
disappointing
I purchased this on a flash sale expecting something special. It lacked flavour and was a complete let down, not to mention poor value for money even at the sale price. I wouldnt consider ever purchasing again and it wouldnt surprise me if the rest of this piece ended up in the bin as nobody wanted any more.
Delicious
I bought this cheese when it was on offer, but it was so delicious I bought it at full price after. It has the distinctive Pecorino taste, but in a much softer, creamier form. A real treat to be savoured.
Delightful
