FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER
Natoora Italian Green Courgettes
- These courgettes are our staple variety, best in summer
- Unlike most basic courgettes, which are grown aggressively in - Holland these are minimum intervention.
- We look for small courgettes because they are not full of water and have barely developed seeds.
Take it further
-Use singly or as a base; add romana, grezzina or trombetta courgettes for top notes
-Grate raw for fritters and cakes - the low water content is key for texture
Natoora's radical approach to seasonal sourcing is shaping the future of food
- We don't work with industrial agriculture or large wholesalers.
- We work closely with growers who are preserving vital flavours through meaningful small farming.
- We back these growers to build a better future for food, rooted in small scale, sustainable agriculture that gives back to our planet.

Since 2004, we have put measures in place to ensure that any incidental food waste never reaches landfill. In the US, France and the UK, we work with foundations to ensure that viable food never goes to waste. In London we work with The Felix Project to help feed local communities. Excellent
Got these on flash sale and they are the best courgettes I've purchased in this country. Would pay full price for the quality of them.
Excellent
Firm, Tender and small in size.
Exquisite, outstanding!
I usually buy organic but I love Natoora and these are outstanding! They have a glorious deep, full earthy sweet flavour and lovely texture which they retain throughout cooking - the depth of flavour and texture is exquisite. Consistently fresh with a beautiful deep green colour. I love that they are small-medium sizes rather than the huge oversized commercial ones. I wish they were organic but I love Natoora's ethics and values and, even when non-organic, their produce is grown with minimum intervention to support biodiversity and soil health. These are truly exceptional little courgettes. Another winner from Natoora!
Delicious
Beautiful courgettes. They were so tasty.
Beautiful little courgettes!
Beautiful little courgettes - firm, glossy and delicious! Cook really well. Highly recommended.
Splendid!
Agree with all the other positive reviews. These are by far the tastiest courgettes I've had since my mother's homegrown ones. I enjoyed them both fried in butter and steamed. Wonderful!
