FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER

Natoora Kohlrabi

- Kohlrabi may look like a root vegetable, but it is in fact part of the cabbage family, literally translating as 'cabbage turnip'.
- They have a beautiful light, sweet flavour that compares to a mild turnip or broccoli stem.
- The texture is juicy yet crisp and crunchy and will make a wonderful addition to stir-fries and salads.
- They are extremely versatile so well worth a try - delicious steamed, boiled, baked or even grated.

Take it further

- Simply dressed in a lemon vinaigrette or tossed with finely chopped red onions and capers.
- The leaves are also delicious in soups and stews or fried with garlic and chilli.

crunchy and fresh

On a the pricey side compared to the green grocer. I cut this up and squeeze lemon on it and a bit of salt as a snack

Delicious

This unusual vegetable is delicious. Yes, its expensive, but you cant get it in any of the larger supermarkets these days. Tastes a bit like broccoli stalk and is good in a soup, veg curry or chopped up and used like broccoli, cauliflower etc.

We love it

It’s good quality but unfortunately too expensive to put it in a soup. We understand it’s not the brands fault. It is what it is.
