Natoora Sicilian Tiger Plum Tomatoes
- Far too many tomatoes are aggressively grown, using hydroponics and hormones.
- Our Tiger Tomatoes are grown direct in the soil by Francesco at our growing project in Sicily.
- All Francesco's bees are bee-pollinated and treated with a minimum of intervention.
- Grown slowly, these tomatoes have intense, concentrated sweetness absorbed from the nutrient-rich soil.
- Left to fully ripen on the vine, the plants are minimally watered, exerting a stress that creates exceptional flavour.
- Vines will be dry from the extreme heat, and the fruit will detach easily, but these are signs of quality.
Take it further
- Segment and stir make a raw pasta sauce: with fennel seeds, chilli, garlic and marjoram.
- Add to lunchboxes as an alternative to fruit.
Our packaging is plastic-free
- We have developed our own revolutionary packaging which is entirely plastic-free and home disposable. Each of our recyclable cardboard punnets is flow-wrapped with home-compostable film which, unlike traditional plastic flow-wrap, disintegrates within 180 days. Dispose of the black punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin.
- Each punnet bears the `Plastic Free¿ mark of A Plastic Planet, a grassroots movement which aims to turn off the plastic tap.

great to make soup
Got two packs on flash sale and made a tomato basil and garlic soup. Quite sweet but offset with salty Parmesan croutons
Tough as leather
Was so looking forward to some wonderful tasting tomatoes, but these were average flavour and the skins were so tough, I’ve never had skins like it!
LOVE (when fresh)
They dont last all that long but when fresh, theyre perfect and tasty!
Mouldy and Soft
Got these on a flash sale and was looking forward to use them. it was 1 day past their best before date, but the pack was still sealed and I've never had issues with fruit/veg going off so soon. tomatoes had mould on them and were all soft, so had to bin them.
Arrived soft
Bought on offer arrived soft. Glad I didnt pay full price.
Rotten \- why?
Arrived in such a poor state that I can't even use them for cooking, and obviously so. Doesn't anybody actually look at these before they're sold to people? What a waste.
