FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER
Natoora Tuscan Rustic Salame
- A smooth, soft salame made to the traditional Italian recipe, using a blend of spices and whole peppercorns.
- Produced using pork from the famous Cinta Sinese breed of pigs, free to roam in the Brado woods.
- Its unique, naturally rich flavour comes from the pigs’ natural diet of acorns, olives and mulberries, foraged beneath the trees.
- Made using the best cuts of shoulder and belly pork, without the use of dairy by-products, artificial thickeners or colourants.
- Produced for Natoora by Ranieri in Chianti, who have been making charcuterie since the 1950s.
- Freshly sliced at Natoora in Bermondsey, London.
Take it further
- Pair with black figs and wild rocket.
- Served with simple bread and rich Tuscan olive oil.

Love the Natoora ham but this salami is over powering. It smelt so bad I had to leave my office to eat it and it tasted equally disturbing.
ok
This was purchased in a flash sale and it was nice but for me not nice enough that I would buy again.
good
Good as all Natoora cured meats are. This one is not to my taste though so I would not repurchase.
Pretty tasty salami
This was tasty and good quality.
Bad!
Ive had this before and it was lovely, but unfortunately this time it was terrible. There was far too much fat, in large 5p sized pieces. Went ahead and ate some anyway. It had an unpleasant musty taste so I think it must have gone off, even though this was within 24h of delivery. Aside from that, there was very little flavour minimal pepper or other spices. Threw it in the bin very disappointing considering Id bought it as a treat.
Insipid
Not much flavour but what there was we found really nasty. A sort of metallic plastic. Binned.
