Cultivated on the sun-baked sierras of South America, Chia seeds were prized by the Aztecs and gifted to their Kings. The word Chia in Mayan means 'strength' and was eaten by warriors going into battle. Even today, chia seeds are eaten by the Native American Tarahumara tribe, who can run distances of up to one hundred miles a day. Versatile, easy to use and neutral in flavour, these tiny seeds are a nutritious source of fibre and high in omega-3(ALA) which contributes to balancing cholesterol levels.

Great!
A lovely big pouch of organic chia seeds to sprinkle on whatever you like!
Great quality
Great quality chia seeds. We have these for breakfast everyday. Slightly more expensive than other brands but we think they're worth it.
Best ones
I have tried a few brands and some leave a funny aftertaste - these don't at all and I love them. They are a little more expensive but I love them in smoothies as they don't taste at all so I will always buy these.
Exactly what it's supposed to be
Organic chia seeds, nothing else
Better that all the others
I tried lots of cheaper organic Chia seeds but have come back to these. They are a bit more expensive but such good quality. They swell up and absorb far more liquid that any others I have tried.
good value
Good value and also mixed black and white. Delicious added to blended raspberries and coconut or nut milk in mason jar over night. Chia pudding for breakfast yum
