Nice smell, but too watery to be effective
Similar to others, I've found this conditioner to be too watery to be effective. It just seems to disappear in my hair to nothing. Maybe if I used 1/2 a bottle per application it would be effective, but not with the attached cost. It wasn't cheap to buy in the first place!
Handy size but not a keeper
Very thin texture and the lavender fragrance is artificial. Hair seems ok but not a rich conditioner.

Oh dear, pleasant sounds a bit indifferent and I suppose that just about sums up my attitude. I love the ethos and generally luxurious feel of most Neals Yard products but I too found this a bit watery and ineffective. Smells nice though.
