nice but drying
The smell is nice but I find it too drying.
Love the fragrance
For me, this is a winner, from the creamy texture to the lovely fragrance, which I do not find overpowering or too synthetic. I also love the Nivea Cashmere Shower Cream, which I now can't find on Ocado any longer.
Prefer my hand washes to provide more lather
As someone who prefers to use bars of natural soap, I was looking forward to seeing if liquid hand washes had improved at all. Unfortunately, I was a quite disappointed. The lack of lather would appear to be from Nivea using less, rather than milder, surfactants in their formula, which is dissapointing. The scent was nice and fresh, but a little too manufactured for my liking. Not something I will be looking to buy in the future.
Luxurious feel, but not actually softening.
I was sent this in exchange for an honest review and I have been using this as a handwash and also as a shower gel. It certainly feels luxurious due to the extra amount of lather it produces. This made it an especially good shower gel as it went twice as far as other shower gels because I needed half as many pumpfuls. The scent I found quite subtle but pleasant. The bottle doesn't really match the product, it has a clunky look which is not at all luxurious. I have to add that though some people are mentioning how moisturised their skin feels with this product, there is nothing moisturising in the ingredients and a handwash, being essentially a detergent, cannot moisturise the skin. This 'moisturising' is likely down to the hydrolysed keratin which coats the skin and causes it to feel smoother, but doesn't and can't nourish the skin, and I suspect that this coating would also prevent nourishment in handcream from being absorbed. Overall, I would buy this product again to use as a shower gel due to the lovely lather it makes and the fact that it goes a long way. As a handwash, I'm not that impressed.
good handwash with moisturiser
Nivea always a go-to brand for moisturiser so nice to have this handwash. Good and moisturising for hands that are in water a lot
Silky smooth treat for hands.
A nice alternative to some of the harsh anti-bacterial hand-washes on the market. Smells lovely, it's hand cream quality than a wash.
