First created by Louis Noilly in 1813, Noilly Prat Dry is a classic French aperitif and a must for any enthusiast. At its home in the South of France, a selection of fine white wines are aged outdoors in oak casks exposed to the Mediterranean sun, sea and wind for 12 months. The dry, full-bodied wines are then infused with the aromatic blend of 20 herbs and spices macerated directly in the wine for three weeks. The result is worth the wait. The distinctive taste of Noilly Prat is delicious served chilled on its own, with a mixer or in cocktails.

for cooking too
Never tried it in a cocktail, but can attest to its use in the kitchen. dowse your risotto rice or spelt in this at the beginning, youll thank me for it.
Makes any drink incredible.
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I love to use Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth in my cocktail recipes. It is the perfect blend of dry white wine and aromatic herbs, giving it a deliciously complex taste that really makes any drink incredible.
Great martinis!!
Lovely as a weekend treat with vodka, olives and lots of ice
Fab in cocktails and sipped on its own
Received to review sometime back and was very pleased about it too. It's the brand of vermouth I've been using for a few good years now, so the extra bottle bottle was very welcome. Has a herbal and slightly fruity nose with dry, herbal and a little wine-like flavours. I love using it in cocktails as well as just on its own with some ice.
Essential Mixer.
A must with Martini. Timeless classic.
Great for martinis
I was given this to review by Ocado. Very pleased to be shown how to mix. Martinis with this. Very refreshing and will buy again once this bottle is done :)
