Brand
Amy & Chris created The Northern Dough Co when pizza parties at their Lancashire home became a great way of getting everyone together in the kitchen. Things are a little different these days. The pizza parties are still going strong but a growing business and range of foolproof frozen dough keeps them very busy. But some things will never change, and that's their mission to put the fun back into creating great food from the comfort of your own home, with the people you love.

Tasty, convenient wholemeal dough
Our family really like this dough. The flavour is very pleasant and not too wholemealy. Short ingredient list, no nasty additives. Makes delicious, nutritious pizza.
easy to use and makes tasty pizzas
Love this pizza dough as its easy to use. I prefer wholewheat as its important to get enough fibre. Happy ocado stocks this
Easiest way to home made
We like to make our own dough for pizza night, but found that these are a great option to keep in for if we are struggling for time. Consistently makes a good pizza not as good as home made but close and lots nicer than a frozen pizza. Definitely worth keeping a couple of boxes in the freezer.
Very Nice!
Really lovely pizza dough, crisps up nicely without going dry. Even my picky eating 7 year old ate a wholemeal pizza without realising.
longtime favourite
This is the best pizza dough to make at home. I love the simplicity of thawing it, quickly stretching it out and enjoying a fresh pizza. I have tried the other flavours (plain and rosemary), but the whole wheat really adds a nice taste and texture, not gummy at all. Top tip: take it out of the freezer and pop it on the top shelf of the fridge on the day you want to eat it, the dough will be perfectly thawed and raised a bit by dinner time.
Yes to wholemeal pizza dough
I have spent a long time looking for a pizza dough which is made from wholemeal flour and finally I have. It is easy to use and also tastes delicious. I would of given it 5 stars if it was a little cheaper.
