Product information
The vineyards that produce the grapes for port wine cling to the steep hillsides in the winding valleys of the Douro river in Northern Portugal. In the heart of this beautiful region lie the vineyards of Quinta do Noval, where great Port has been produced since 1715. Blended from wines which have matured in wood for an average of ten years, this old tawny has a complex intense fruity bouquet with an attractive nuttiness. It is elegant and supple on the palate with a rich attractive finish. Ideally served as an accompaniment to chocolate, cheese, dessert or simply on its own.

Tasting Notes
A subtle tawny colour. It is the youngest of the Noval tawnies. A complex nose, aromas of vibrant, young fruit blend with the tertiary characteristics of dried fruits and nuts. Rich and smooth on the palate, with an elegant structure and a long finish

our favourite sweet tawny
From all the tawnies we tried so far, this is our favourite. Its a nice dessert wine for us which we enjoy after dinner. As its expensive we always wait for a good offer.
