Good ratio of fat to meat

Streaky bacon can be a bit too fatty but Ocado are pretty consistent when it comes to a decent fat to meat ratio. Very good shelf life when it comes to dates. Probably the best supermarket-own bacon.

Better than lardons

Bought this in place of lardons as they're so expensive. Found this had a lot more flavour so will definitely buy again.

Globs of fat

This is bacon. It is not meant to be healthy. It has fat streaked through it. But this was so gross, the end of the pack was solid fat. I've never seen bacon cut like that before. The rest just fell apart, very stringy. Never again.

Far too salty

Too salty, released a lot of water soon as it hit the pan. Couldn't get any colour on it, nevermind make it crispy
