Remove all packaging.
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods.
For best results pan fry.
Pan Fry: Medium Heat
5-7 mins
Fry in a little oil over a medium heat, turning occasionally.
Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4.
12-14 mins
Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Reliably delicious
I like to coat these in panko breadcrumbs and fry them for a quick meal. Prices going up mean I don't buy them as much these days, but the quality has been good and consistent for many years.

Lovely fish
I bought these in a flash sale, but they're great value at the usual price. The skin crisped up nicely when pan fried, the flesh was flakey and tasty. Very good with stir fried veg and noodles.

Excellent value!
These fillets were the thickest I've ever bought, really fresh and succulent. Would definitely buy again. Exceptional, especially for the price.
