12th January Update:
Due to the recent extreme frosts, some of our produce may be more irregular in size – but will taste just as great. Please handle with care and thank you for supporting UK produce growers.
Our sweet and nutty cauliflower has firm, white to creamy florets and is very versatile - it's just at home smothered in a velvety cheese sauce as it is spiced up in a curry.
Serving Suggestion
As an alternative to potatoes, cook until tender, then mash with milk and season to taste.

Poor quality
I read reviews and noticed comments about them being very small and containing slugs. The one I received was bigger than a football! No slugs either BUT when I cooked it to my taste (which I've done a million times, with just a bit of crunch) it was like eating rubber. This is the texture you get when the cauliflower is 'old' Therefore my roasted cauliflower was rubber y certainly not fresh and threw it all away. I'll never buy again. Cheap and nasty.
very small
Bought two one was very small and the other not to bad . Probably buy this type of veg in the shop . Still was tasty.
a nice family of slugs
It was a little stomach-churning to see so many slugs in both of the cauliflowers i bought - dont buy them from here!
size of a tomato
Not impressed , do they sell cauliflower in individual portion sizes now ??
Ive had bigger brussels!
Go to Sainsburys. Massive and cheaper.
Ridiculously small & with a few slugs
Definitely poor value this week & not enough for more than 2 small portions max
