Great for pasta or panini
We love this pesto with pasta or in a panini with mozzarella or chicken regular purchase
made me sick
Unfortunately this pesto caused me to have high acidity in my stomach and despite I hardly ever have stomach problems (luckily), this pesto made me feel sick. There are better options available which are easier to digest. Ill certainly avoid it in the future.
Nice pesto, disappointingly eco\-unfriendly jar
The contents of the jar are of course not as nice as a fresh home-made pesto, but they're fine, and certainly as good as any other long life pesto in a jar (and it does have a pleasingly lengthy shelf-life, so it's a great thing to keep in the cupboard for emergencies). However, if you want to be eco-friendly and re-use the jar for other things once you've eaten the pesto, there is a little gotcha. The label is stuck on with some kind of super-glue that makes it almost impossible to remove. This is completely unnecessary. The technology exists for sticking labels onto jars in a way that keeps the label in place when you want it in place, but so that you can peel if off cleanly when you're ready to re-use the jar. I don't understand why they don't use it.

Tastes as good as other more expensive green pestos at a much more reasonable price .
