Medium fat hard cheese made with unpasteurised milk matured for a
minimum of 30 months. A tangy, piquant cheese with a fresh fruity taste
and delicate notes of melted butter.
The most famous of Italian cheeses, made in the DOP region of Northern Italy from Italian milk from the same region. Made using the same centuries old traditional method and matured for the characteristic full flavour.
Serving Suggestions
Use in pasta dishes and risottos or delicious when freshly shaved over salads. If you haven't got a cheese shaver-try using your potato peeler!

Mostly rind this time
I've purchased this product before and was very impressed with the quality for the price point. However, on this occasion I was sent a piece that is clearly from the edge of the wheel and is mostly rind. So it is waxy, dry, tasteless, and therefore useless. I would like to see some consistency in QC as this is really disappointing and I will order an alternative in future for this reason.

Mouldy!
Just taken my unopened pack from the fridge and the rind is covered in mould! plus the use by date is 02.01.19. Last time I buy this.
