Our Organic Red Onions have a deep red shiny skin and are firm to the touch. They have a crisp flavour and are great in salads and sandwiches.
Serving Suggestion
Mild enough to eat raw, remove the top and tail of the onion, peel then chop into thickly sliced rings. Serve with salad and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
