Perfect for the freezer
Good backup to always keep in the freezer, sprinkled on pasta etc and instantly melts. Not as flavourful as as fresh but perfectly adequate.

Used to be very good
This used to be very good but they have changed the packaging so that the pot crumples when you apply any pressure to it, like when putting the lid on it.

Lazy I know
I usually buy a wedge but needed quite a bit to top a family sized lasagne so this ready to go parm is ideal and saves the laborious task of grating.
