A pure and natural runny honey in an easily squeezable bottle.

Crystallisation is a completely natural process, which occurs if honey gets too cold at any stage of its life. Around 80% of honey's composition is natural sugars, transformed by the bees from nectar. These natural sugars, which are mainly fructose and glucose, remain liquid at room temperature, but at colder temperatures, the glucose separates from the rest of the sugars and forms small crystals. These are harmless and can be dissolved by standing the bottle of honey in a basin of warm water for a while and occasionally shaking and inverting the bottle. This may take a while, sometimes hours, depending on how heavily crystallised the product is.
