Offer - Ocado Runny Honey 340g
A pure and natural runny honey in an easily squeezable bottle.
Store in a cool dry place.
Do not refrigerate.
Crystallisation is a completely natural process, which occurs if honey gets too cold at any stage of its life. Around 80% of honey's composition is natural sugars, transformed by the bees from nectar. These natural sugars, which are mainly fructose and glucose, remain liquid at room temperature, but at colder temperatures, the glucose separates from the rest of the sugars and forms small crystals. These are harmless and can be dissolved by standing the bottle of honey in a basin of warm water for a while and occasionally shaking and inverting the bottle. This may take a while, sometimes hours, depending on how heavily crystallised the product is.
For Best Before End: see lid.
Unscrew cap and remove foil before use.

This fish dish is a really quick and nutritious midweek supper. It’s the perfect way to get a taste of the Mediterranean in the middle of winter. Simon serves the bream with caponata, a Sicilian vegetable stew made with aubergines. Caponata is often served with fish, seafood or lamb, but can also be eaten as an antipasto with bread. This Pumpkin Pie is the perfect pudding to celebrate American Thanksgiving, alongside turkey, cranberry sauce and all the trimmings.
