I use this for baking, just as good as branded flour, excellent value for money
Weevils in nearly every bag Ive bought. Months in date and infested with them upon opening. Yuck. Wont be buying again
I've used this flour for a long time and whilst it's not the finest it is more economical. Today I opened a new pack with a best before next April and the sieve was full of weevils. I thought at first it was sawdust, I've never seen anything like it. It's a good job I sieve it , the thought of it going straight into a cake is nauseating. 185 g flour had about a desert spoon of insects. I have photos to send to ocado, I'm horrified
Does the job superbly. And a bargain to boot!
Do not buy this flour its full of flour mites
Have used this flour for a while now. Always get great results with cakes. Will carry on using and can recommend.
