You will quickly realize how fabulous sweet potatoes are when roasted with seasoning – they add a really fun new twist to the traditional taco!

500 g chicken
2 peppers
1 onion
1 pack of Old El Paso™ Soft Flour Tortillas
1 jar of Old El Paso™ Thick ‘n’ Chunky Salsa

To Make 8 Delicious Fajitas.
Just Add...
1 Packet Old El Paso Soft Flour Tortillas.
1 jar Old El Paso Original Salsa.
500g chicken breast.
1 Onion.
2 peppers (1 red, 1 green).
To make 8 delicious fajitas.
1. Slice your chicken breast, peppers and onion into thin strips.
2. Add a splash of oil and heat a pan. stir fry the chicken until cooked thoroughly.
3. Throw in the onion, peppers and Old El Paso™ Spice Mix for Original Smoky BBQ Fajitas.
4. Sizzle away, stirring or tossing until the chicekn is golden keeping the veg crunchy.

To Make 8 Fajitas, just add....
500g chicken breast, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 1 onion, 8 tortillas, Old El Paso™ Thick' N chunky topping salsa
Serves 3-4 Amigos 15 Mins
1 Slice the chicken, peppers and onion into thin strips. Pan-fry the chicken in a little oil until it is thoroughly cooked, over a medium-high heat. Throw in the onion, peppers and sprinkle over the seasoning mix. Sizzle away for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
2 Heat the tortillas as indicated on pack.
3 Serve warm tortillas, steaming chicken with crunchy vegs and old El Paso™ Thick 'n' chunky topping salsa on the table.
