Made with organic, all-natural, vegan and ethically-sourced ingredients, our raw chocolate is free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar. Ombar is chocolate you can feel good about.
We use unroasted Ecuadorian cacao for a rich, chocolatey taste, unrefined coconut sugar and creamed coconut for that creamy smoothness. Why do we use raw cacao? Most chocolate is made by roasting cacao at high heat, which reduces its natural goodness. Because our cacao goes through a low-temp process, it stays choc-full of the nutrients and rich flavours that nature intended. We make all our organic chocolate ourselves, at our small factory in the UK. And we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients.
So to source the best raw cacao for our chocolate bars & buttons we deal directly with farmers' co-operatives in Ecuador. As a certified Fair for Life company we work closely with the farmers to help improve their harvesting & fermentation techniques, ensuring that our raw ingredients are always of the highest quality & that our suppliers are getting the best price.

over priced, Tiny and not very nice!
I wish I had read previous reviews and looked at how many grams it was... Because I stupidly persumed it was the size of the standard bars... But no...£2.10 for the size of a freddo and it doesn't even taste nice... Never again!

delicious but small!
This is tasty indeed and small and expensive. I wish it was sweetened with something other than sugar, like stevia or xylitol. Ah well, a gap in the market there!

Delicious but too small for the price, it's smaller and more expensive than even green & blacks which is also vegan
